Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (for example, a different bundle or item), please contact our support team and we'll be happy to guide you. Exchanges may be eligible for store credit, a replacement, or a full refund—depending on the situation.
Exceptions to the Return & Refund Policy
Please note:
- Discounted or promotional items (including Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar bundle deals) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use, wear, or tampering.
- Items not in their original sealed condition are not eligible for a refund.
